• Participate in projects related to Finance Transformation and broader management functions, including Enterprise Target Operating Model, Global Business Services, Enterprise Performance Management, Strategic Cost Transformation, M&A, Digital & AI Transformation and ERP Enabled Transformation;
• Prepare and structure presentations, analysis and project deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel;
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Present project outputs and recommendations to different stakeholders;
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives;
• Manage workstreams autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
• Support and guide junior team members when required.
Perfil ideal
• 1 to 6 years of professional experience;
• Background in Consulting, Finance Transformation, Strategic Planning, M&A, Business Development, Digital Transformation or Continuous Improvement;
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments;
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, RPA or similar tools is a plus;
